30 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group? Age 30-55 years old; ? Spinal cord injury grading (ASIA=A, B, C, D); ? The enrollment time is 3-12 month after the injury; ? Traumatic spinal cord injury; ? Agree to sign an informed consent form. Control group ?Age 30-55 years old; ? no gastrointestinal diseases such as gastrointestinal ulcers, gastritis, colitis, and irritable bowel syndrome before injury;? no metabolic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity;? no immune disease such as autoimmune diseases, rheumatic system diseases, multiple sclerosis, other immune diseases, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?gastrointestinal diseases such as gastrointestinal ulcers, gastritis, colitis, and irritable bowel syndrome before injury; Metabolic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity; Autoimmune diseases, rheumatic system diseases, multiple sclerosis, other immune diseases, etc.; ? Usege of glucocorticoid and other Immunosuppressive drug; ? Severe depression and anxiety; ? Disagree to sign an informed consent form.
