Experimental group B:Conventional rehabilitation and bilateral rTMS in the M1 region
Experimental group C:Conventional rehabilitation and bilateral occipital lobe combined with M1 rTMS treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Clinical diagnosis of PD according to the 2015 clinical diagnostic criteria for MDS Parkinson's disease; ? Age 40-80 years old; ? H-Y stage 2-4 during continuous medication; ?primary Parkinson's disease, one month after initial diagnosis; ? stand for 5 minutes without assistance; ?MMSE > 17 points, can cooperate to complete the cognitive and gait assessment; ? Informed consent was obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Unstable vital signs; ? Severe diseases of heart, lung, kidney, liver and other organs; ? limb dysfunction existed before brain lesions; ? Postural control abnormalities caused by other reasons such as vestibular system diseases, visual abnormalities, hearing abnormalities, peripheral nerve and musculoskeletal diseases; ? Severe cognitive impairment, severe depression, inability to cooperate with cognitive and balance assessment; ? Having a metal implant, such as a pacemaker or cochlear implant;
