Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with a clinically confirmed diagnosis of COPD; ?No related motor or nervous system diseases; ?Informed consent; ?Patients who could participate in this trial after evaluation by relevant professional clinicians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Resting heart rate > 120 beats/min; ?Systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg; ?Those with mobility difficulties; ?Special groups such as pregnant women; ?Has learning and cognitive impairment and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer 's disease and depression; ?Patients with absolute contraindications for 6-minute walk test, such as acute infectious diseases; ?Patients with allergic constitution; ?Stated unwilling to participate in the study.
