Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the necessary indicators in Williams diagnostic criteria; (Meet 3 major criteria or more than 3 minor criteria) Main criteria: skin itching; Secondary criteria: 1) History of flexor involvement, including cubital fossa, popliteal fossa, ankle, and neck (including buccal rash in children under 10 years of age); 2) History of allergic rhinitis or asthma (or history of atopic disease in first-degree relatives of children under 4 years of age); 3) Recent history of dryness of the whole body skin; 4) A history of flexion eczema (cheek/forehead and limb extension eczema in children under 4 years of age); 5) Onset before 2 years old (for patients older than 4 years old) (2) Obtain informed consent and adhere to follow-up until the end.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to desonide or Heling Soothing moisturizing repairing cream; (2) those who received glucocorticoids and antihistamines before treatment (2 weeks); (3) The skin has serious erosion and exudation of lesions; (4) complicated with acute infection; (5) Unable to follow the doctor's advice and adhere to the follow-up.
