Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) all diagnosed gastric cancer by gastroscopy or pathological biopsy; (2) tumor site was proximal stomach, gastric fundus, gastric body or gastric sinus; (3) no distant metastasis and invasion of neighboring organs; (4) no other malignant tumors; and (5) complete da Vinci robotic total gastrectomy was taken.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) emergency surgery; (2) tumor site is distal stomach; (3) postoperative pathological diagnosis of benign tumor, residual gastric cancer, etc.; (4) accompanied by metastasis to adjacent organs or distant metastasis; (5) palliative surgery.
