18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Health controls should undergo gastroscopy and do not have history of hyperthyroidism,diabetes or other metabolic disease 2.Diagnosed with gastric carcinoma by biopsy 3.hyperthyroidism,diabetes or other metabolic disease should be excluded 4.Undergo radical gastrectomy 5.Aged between 18 and 75 years 6.Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Without endoscopy examination 2. Chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer,gastric polyps or other benign gastric tumor by endoscopy examination 3.Metabolic disease including hyperthyroidism,diabetes or else 4.Pregnancy or lactating women 5.Comorbidities including cardiovascular disease, abnormal renal and liver function disease, coagulation disorder or neuropsychological diseases 6.Active infectious diseases 7.Previous or combined malignancies
