Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) gestational age less than 37 weeks (2) The premature infants were admitted to the neonatology department immediately after birth, and the premature infants had been discharged from the hospital by the date of the survey (3) The discharge time of premature infants is 0-6 months (4) Mothers/parents of preterm infants participated in this study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The mother of the preterm infant suffers from mental system disease (2) Premature infants with congenital malformations need to be transferred for surgical treatment (3) Premature infants died in the neonatal department, did not meet the requirements of discharge standards or transferred to hospitals (4) Mothers of premature babies with communication disorders.
