Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) women with a definite medical diagnosis of threatened preterm birth; b) primipara; c) Age =18 years old; Basic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; d) The premature baby born by the mother needs to be admitted to the neonatal unit; e) Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria: a) Women with heart, liver, kidney and other serious diseases that affect the quality of life; b) Have a history of serious mental illness or mental illness; c) had entered labor on the day of admission; d) Those with diseases that seriously affect breastfeeding. 2. Exclusion criteria during the study: a) preterm delivery to full term (over 37 weeks) during the study; b) less than 28 weeks of gestation at the time of delivery; c) Women who require admission to an adult intensive care unit after delivery; d) Transfer of preterm infants during hospitalization, death or abandonment of treatment; (e) Premature infants with congenital malformations, genetic diseases and serious comorbidities who are unable to breastfeed for a long time; f) Women who contacted social lactation consultants for support during the study.
