40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? After the first single lesion stroke, hemiplegia on one side; ? No obvious lower limb joint deformities, able to walk independently for more than 10 meters; ? The Brunnstrom staging of the affected lower limb is stage III-IV; ? The Ashworth muscle tone of the affected lower limb is less than level 3; ? Able to cooperate with the experiment and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe cognitive impairment, with a concise mental state examination (MMSE) score of = 24 points; ? Severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; ? Other neuromusculoskeletal diseases and Vestibular system diseases that affect walking ability and balance function; ? Have serious Visual impairment.
