Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology in Tongji Hospital; No preoperative neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy was performed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other malignant tumors or a previous history of malignant tumors; Tumor spread and metastasis, unable to undergo surgery to obtain specimens
