Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) those who meet the CAG diagnosis, with or without IM and mild Dys; ? All patients should be CAG patients from Yao Naili's team expert's clinic; (3) There are two gastroscopy and histopathological results within 3 years, and the data are complete; ? Histopathological results suggest that the degree (grade) of chronic inflammation and active inflammation in patients is reduced or unchanged; (5) Between the two gastroscopy examinations, the method of Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu (related drugs) was used, and the treatment duration exceeded 60% of the total course of treatment; (6) The age is between 20 and 75 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those who have been proved to be cancerous by pathological examination, or those who belong to severe Dys (intraepithelial neoplasia); Or Dys appears newly after treatment, or changes from mild Dys to severe Dys; ? Hp infection and anti-Hp treatment during two gastroscopy were successful; ? Long-term use of drugs that affect gastric mucosa, such as Morodan, Weifuchun, Teprenone, etc., is more than half of the course of taking traditional Chinese medicine for Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu; (4) Those who are known to be allergic to any drug component of this prescription or are allergic constitution; (5) Patients with severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency, severe hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease can't be controlled by drugs; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Suspected or indeed having a history of mental illness, and a history of alcohol and drug abuse.
