Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with traumatic or non-traumatic incomplete spinal cord injury who meet ISNC SCI clinical diagnostic criteria; 2. The neural plane is T1-L2; 3. Age 18-65 years old; 4. Stable vital signs and clear consciousness; 5. Course of disease 1 ~ 3 months; 6. The patient or family members sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of epilepsy, a history of idiopathic epilepsy in first-degree relatives, and use of antiepileptic drugs; 2. Severe mental illness, severe cognitive and communication disorders that cannot be assessed and treated; 3. Wear a pacemaker, have a metal implant in the skull, or have a skull defect; 4. There are metal implants in the lower limbs; 5. The etiology of lower limb walking disorder is related to other neurological diseases; 6. Severe spasm, rigidity, contracture, osteoporosis and fracture of the lower extremities; 7. Progressive spinal cord injury.
