Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Inclusion criteria for participants with aphasia after stroke a. Patients with cerebral infarction, onset 14 days to 3 months; b. Aphasia severity 0 to 3; c. Age 45-75, male or female; d. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form and cooperate in the completion of this study. 2) Inclusion criteria for fMRI subjects a. selected from subjects enrolled in the study (prior to intervention); b. The incidence involves the functional area of language; c. Han, right-handed; d. Able to cooperate with functional MRI scanning.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Exclusion criteria for participants with aphasia after stroke a. Patients with aphasia caused by other diseases; b. Patients with aphasia before the onset of this stroke; c. Those who have serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system, or audiovisual abnormalities, serious cognitive and psychiatric diseases, which affect examination and treatment; d. Patients undergoing transcranial magnetic stimulation or other therapeutic measures that may affect the evaluation of efficacy; e. Pregnant and lactating women; 2) Exclusion criteria for fMRI subjects a. Pacemakers, neurostimulators, artificial metal heart valves, etc.; aortic clip (except for non-paramagnetic such as titanium alloy); Those who have intraocular metal foreign bodies, inner ear implants, metal prostheses, metal joints, ferromagnetic foreign bodies in the body, etc. who cannot be scanned or affect image quality; b. Those who cannot cooperate with the completion of functional magnetic resonance scanning.
