Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Level I-II; 2. Age range from 18 to 65 years old; 3. BMI 18-28 Kg/m2; 4. Patients who plan to undergo painless hysteroscopic surgery on a scheduled date; 5. Patients who have signed an anesthesia consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness; 2. Take opioid or non steroidal drugs 48 hours before surgery; 3. Congenital malformations of the uterus or cervical canal, severe cervical stenosis, and adhesions in the uterine cavity make it difficult to perform hysteroscopy; 4. Allergies to the investigational drug ketamine or propofol; 5. Patients with severe heart disease; Patients with severe hypertension; Patients with intracranial masses and intracranial hypertension; Patients with glaucoma and hyperthyroidism; 6. Patients with severe respiratory diseases; 7. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction.
