Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged=18; 2.Liver resection under general anesthesia 3.ASA classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative complication of cardiac and renal failure; 2.Moderate to severe hepatic insufficiency before operation; 3. Preoperative treatment was performed by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, splenectomy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4.Patients with cerebrovascular disease and mental illness; 5.Patients who have not signed informed consent; 6.Contraindications of central venous puncture; 7.Patients who are also participating in other studies or trials.
