Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Confirmed as a lung cancer patient through bronchoscopy, puncture, and surgical pathological examination; ? The patient has clear awareness and their physical condition can cooperate with this investigation; ? Having complete pathological and examination data; ? Voluntarily cooperate in monitoring each period and sign an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? According to the judgment of the clinical physician, the study procedures, limitations, and research requirements cannot be followed; ? Serious and uncontrollable medical diseases or non malignant systemic diseases; ? Without a complete pathological diagnosis and unwilling to cooperate with this study; ? Those who are heavily addicted to tobacco and alcohol, drug dependence, or substance abuse;
