Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Pathological or clinical diagnosis of primary liver cancer according to the criteria of China Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2020); ? Age 18 years and above. ? The expected survival is more than 3 months. ? EORTC QLQ-HCC18 scale score =21 points. ? No major organ disease, heart (NYHA cardiac function = Class II), liver (bilirubin <1.5 times of normal, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase <3 times of normal), kidney (creatinine < 180umol/L) function was basically normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, kidney diseases, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases and psychosis. ? There were severe complications, such as gastrointestinal bleeding or obstruction. ? Pregnant or lactating women. ? Patients with multiple cancers. ? Patients with poor compliance, unable to take medicine according to regulations and unable to cooperate with the follow-up.
