Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary liver cancer diagnosed pathologically or clinically according to the criteria of China Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2020); 2. Age 18 years old and above; 3. EORTC QLQ-HCC18 score =25; 4. There is no major organ disease, and the functions of the heart (NYHA heart function = Grade II), liver (bilirubin<1.5 times normal, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and alanine transaminase<3 times normal), and kidney (creatinine<180umol/L) are basically normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, kidney diseases, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases and mental illness; 2 pregnant or lactating women; 3 patients with multiple cancers;
