No minimum to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Chronic Monteggia lesions; 2) Age = 12 years; 3) Clear history of trauma, = 4 weeks and = 3 years since injury; 4) No history of forearm surgery; 5) Voluntary acceptance of treatment and agreement to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pathological fractures due to tumours, haematological diseases, infections etc.; 2) Patients with metabolic bone diseases such as rickets, scurvy, hypervitaminosis A, hypervitaminosis D, pituitary dwarfism, hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, pseudohypoparathyroidism, osteogenesis imperfecta, or other serious syndromes requiring pharmacological treatment.
