Usual oral care group:Daily assessment of the patient s oral condition
Assist or instruct the patient to clean the mouth with toothpaste and soft-headed toothbrush or with a cotton swab dipped in mouthwash at least 2 times a day for at least 2 minutes each time
After brushing teeth, rinse the toothbrush with clean water and place the brush head upward in a cup in a well-ventilated place.
CEME group:The intervention included four programs: oral cleaning, oral exercise, Salivary gland and acupoint massage, swallowing safety education.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the stroke diagnostic criteria of the 2016 Chinese Guidelines and Consensus for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases, 2.The results of the Water swallow test showed that the degree of swallowing disorder was grade 3 or above, 3.Age = 18, 4.Vital signs were stable, treatment compliance was good, and she was able to actively cooperate with the completion of the study, 5. The patient or legal guardian knows the study content and signs the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous dysphagia caused by other reasons 2. Death or discharge within 24 hours of admission 3 Patients requiring mechanical ventilation 4 was diagnosed with pneumonia on admission 5 Serious oral diseases, facial damage
