Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Male or female; 3. SARS-CoV-2 antigen or Nucleic acid test test is positive; 4. Diagnosed as light or medium according to the ‘Scheme for Diagnosis and Treatment of novel coronavirus Infection(The 10th Trial Edition)’

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient does not agree to sign informed consent; 2.Patient took anti SARS-CoV-2 drugs within 7 days
