18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients (i.e., =18 years of age); 2.First-onset stroke survivors with balance and gait disorders for a month; 3.Able to take at least three steps while supported by two people; 4.Sufficient MRI data to assess WMH severity; 5.Scored 21 points or higher on Mini-Mental State Examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Balance or gait disorders caused by other disease; 2.Have confirmed neurodegenerative disease or psychiatric disorders; 3.Take psychiatric medications regularly.
