Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years old; (2) The pain lasts for at least 1 months; (3) Persistent pain (at least 4 days per week), NRS screening pain score of at least 4; (4) DN4 score =4 points; (5) Stable medication should be taken at least one month before inclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of cognitive impairment or mental illness; (2) Treatment is not available; (3) Patients with severe pain from other sources, such as musculoskeletal pain; (4) head trauma, alcohol or drug abuse; (5) pregnancy or epilepsy; (6) Contraindications of TMS, such as metal implants in the head, cardiac pacemakers, etc.
