Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: BMI=24 kg/m2;2: Pregnancy = 13+6 weeks;3: singleton pregnancy;4: Age = 18 years old;5: those who can conduct follow-up on time during the experiment;6: able to use smartphones normally;7: informed consent;8: voluntary testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, brain, kidney and other organs and infectious diseases; Pregnant women with psychological or mental disorders, communication barriers, or inability to take care of themselves.
