Preoperative Anxiety

Interventions

Control group:Routine perioperative anesthesia management
Esketamine group: Anesthesia induction: esketamine 0.5mg/kg intravenously. Intraoperative maintenance: esketamine 0.25mg/(kg*h) intravenous pumping. Postoperative analgesia: PCIA-esketamine 0.15mg/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Expected patients undergoing gynecological surgery under laparoscopy; 2) ASA grading I to II; 3) Patients aged 18-75 years old; 4) No communication barriers, clear consciousness; 5) Voluntary signing of informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with severe hypertension or cardiovascular disease; 2) Patients with pulmonary hypertension, intracranial pressure, or high intraocular pressure 3) History of chronic pain; 4) History of mental illness, central nervous system injury; 5) History of psychotropic drug use or alcohol abuse; 6) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7) Communication barriers;
