Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Receive TURBT or RC surgery; 2. Patients diagnosed with bladder cancer by pathological results after surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological tissue sections cannot be obtained; 2. Histopathological diagnosis of non-urothelial bladder cancer, such as squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, small cell carcinoma; 3. Pathological examination results show urothelial carcinoma with squamous cell differentiation, glandular differentiation and other types of tumors 4. Patients with secondary bladder cancer 5. Bladder cancer diagnosed with tumors in other parts at the same time. 6. The first diagnosis is accompanied by other diseases that seriously affect the patient's survival, such as serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental diseases.
