18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women in the reproductive period (18-50 years old); 2. Patients diagnosed with adenomyosis by ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging and seeking ultrasound guided microwave ablation treatment; 3. Non menstrual period, pregnancy, and perimenopausal period; 4. Those who are knowledgeable and willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other lesions such as submucosal fibroids and endometrial polyps. 2. Patients with a history of medication treatment or intrauterine device insertion in the past 3 months. 3. Patients with contraindications to ultrasound guided microwave ablation. 4. Patients whose clinical outcomes cannot be evaluated due to adjuvant drug therapy after treatment. 5. Patients who have lost follow-up after surgery.
