Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients (60-75 years old) who were to undergo elective thoracoscopic lobectomy. Expected OLV (one-lung ventilation) time of 1h-2h. BMI: 18.5-23.9 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Refusing to participate. Hearing and/or visual impairment resulting in an inability to complete gastrointestinal function assessment. Preoperative comorbid digestive disorders affecting gastrointestinal motility. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification > III. Comorbid severe hypertension, heart disease, and other significant organ dysfunction. History of alcoholism or drug dependence.
