Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 2~18 years old; No gender limit; Children who need endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) due to pancreaticobiliary diseases; The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading is 1 to 2; I or his guardian voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age18 years old; The child has a history of allergy to the test drug; ASA physical status>Level 2; History of asthma, severe circulatory diseases and liver and kidney insufficiency; Children with neurological and psychiatric diseases; Those who have used narcotic analgesics within 24 hours, and have taken benzodiazepine sleeping pills and opioid analgesics for a long time (continuous or intermittent); Children and their guardians refused to participate in the study
