Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The hospitalized patients, aged 40 to 79 years old, were clinically diagnosed as stroke with motor dysfunction by MR And/or CT examination. The diagnostic criteria were in line with the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases of the Chinese Society of Neurology (2017). The clinical treatment was conducted according to the stroke protocol according to the Bamford classification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with upper limb venous thrombosis and fracture, previous history of mental illness or taking antipsychotic drugs, brain stem injury, and Ashworth score >2.
