Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ischemic group: 1 according to the diagnostic criteria of"Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018" made by Chinese neurology department, the diagnosis was definitely cerebral infarction; 2 all patients with stroke were given detailed medical history collection and physical examination by experienced neurologists in our hospital, 3 the onset time of clinical symptoms and signs was less than 4.5 hours, and the onset time of symptoms and signs was less than 4.5 hours 4 all patients were not related to each other, 5 patients or their family members signed the consent of RT-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy. Control group: The control group was matched with cerebral infarction group in age, sex, routine physical examination and outpatient physical examination in the affiliated physical examination center of Guangdong Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ischemic group (1)Head CT or magnetic resonance imagin (MRI) is confirmed to be the brain of other diseases, such as cerebral hemorrhage, neurodegenerative disease, encephalitis, etc. (2) patients with acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome and severe cardiac dysfunction in the past 3 months, (3) patients with severe pulmonary, hepatic and renal dysfunction; 4 patients with infection (such as pneumonia, high fever, etc.)2 weeks before onset, 5 patients with autoimmune diseases, 6 patients with recent surgical operation or trauma, and 7 patients with malignant tumor. Exclusion criteria for the control group: 1. Confirmed head CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as a brain disease or with a history of brain disease; 2. History of coronary heart disease; 3. Patients with severe lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 4. Have symptoms of infection or a history of infection in the first two weeks; 5. Individuals with autoimmune diseases; 6. Patients with recent surgery or trauma; 7. Patients with malignant tumors.
