Hand dysfunction after stroke

Interventions

Observation group:Floating acupuncture combined with basic rehabilitation training: treatment once every other day, a total of 3 times a week, a total of 2 weeks.
Control group:Ordinary acupuncture treatment: treatment once every 1 day, a total of 3 times a week, a total of 2 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? It met the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2014 edition), and was confirmed as the first case by brain CT or MRI; ? Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, can cooperate with the examination; (3) The Brunnstrom stages of the affected upper limb and hand were stage II or above; ? The course of disease was within 14 days of onset; ? Candidates can sign the informed consent by themselves or entrust their family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of epilepsy or are taking anti-epileptic drugs to prevent seizures; (2) Failure of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; ? Unable to understand the test instructions and cooperate to complete the test tasks due to severe cognitive and communication disorders; Wear a pacemaker, have metal implants in the brain or other metal implants in the body, or have skull defects; ? The patient's condition worsened with new infarcts or cerebral hemorrhage.
