Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: (1) At least 18 years of age; (2) Patients with primary bowel cancer diagnosed by pathological diagnosis and undergoing enterostomy surgery; (3) between 1 month and 5 years after receiving an enterostomy; (4) Married with a living spouse; (5) Be able to communicate normally and agree to participate in this study. Spouse caregiver inclusion criteria: (1) Be the main caregiver of the patient; (2) Listening, speaking, understanding and other communication skills barrier-free; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cognitive impairment, history of mental illness, and serious life-threatening diseases (such as respiratory failure); (2) Accompanied by severe ostomy complications, resulting in normal users of the enterostomy; (3) those who have undergone surgery; (4) The patient was unaware of the tumor condition. Spouse exclusion criteria: (1) People with cognitive impairment, history of mental illness and other serious life-threatening diseases who are unable to take care of themselves.
