Experimental group:Anesthesia induction: 0.25mg/kg ketamine, intraoperative maintenance: 0.125 mg/(kg·h) ketamine
Control group:Anesthesia induction: 0.25mg/kg saline, intraoperative maintenance: 0.125 mg/(kg·h) saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Prepare for single lobectomy under thoracoscopy (2) Between 18 and 58 years old (refer to the previous literature, the basic condition of patients at this stage is relatively good, and the risk of anesthesia is relatively small) (3) ASA grading 1-2 level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Known or suspected allergic or contraindicated to various components of research drugs or other opioids (2) Cerebral injury, intracranial injury or patients with intracranial hypertension (3) Pulmonary hypertension (average pulmonary pressure >25mmHg)(4) Use of painkillers during chronic pain, psychiatric drugs (including opioids, NSAIDS, sedatives, antidepressants, etc.), alcohol abuse and addicts(5) Heart failure (New York Heart Association grade > 2), severe arrhythmia, acute myocardial infarction in the past 6 months, no regular antihypertensive treatment or poor blood pressure control (SBP>=160mmHg and/or DBP>=100mmHg) or patients with (SBP<=90mmHg and/or DBP<=60mmHg)(6) There is a history of abnormal neurological function, such as patients with seizures (7) Previous medical history of thoracic surgery
