Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University is 18-80 years old. 2. ASA grade I-III. 3. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia and mechanical ventilation. 4. Patients who underwent large laparoscopic surgery for the first time (radical resection of colon cancer, radical resection of rectal cancer)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency operation. 2. Patients with hearing impairment or hearing impairment. 3. Cardiopulmonary dysfunction. 4. Transfer to laparotomy. 5. Patients with mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs. 6. The patient refuses to participate in the experiment or cannot sign the informed consent form.
