Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for infertility: failure to use contraception for the spouse, regular sexual activity for at least 12 months without obtaining clinical pregnancy (consensus among American experts on infertility in 2021); 2. Those who plan to undergo IVF-ET (with GnRH-a long protocol or antagonist for ovulation induction); 3. Women of childbearing age: 21<=Age<42; 4. Individuals with normal menstrual cycles (menstrual cycle: 28 ± 7 days); 5. Previous IVF<=2 times; 6. He did not participate in other ongoing clinical studies and did not receive acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in the past three months; 7. Agree to receive acupuncture assisted therapy during the routine IVF-ET ovulation promotion period, and the patient shall sign or have their immediate family members sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preimplantation embryo genetic testing (PGT); 2.The patient has uterine malformations (unicornis, bicornis, bicornis, or untreated uterine diaphragm) or other untreated conditions that can damage the endometrial cavity, such as adenomyopathy, submucosal fibroids, uterine adhesions, or a scarred uterus; 3.Combined with uncorrected hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, thyroid dysfunction, chronic adrenocortical hypofunction and other metabolic endocrine diseases; 4.Those who have bleeding tendency and are prone to infection, or have severe allergies, or have ulcers and scars on the skin are prohibited from acupuncture.
