Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the informed; (2) Age 18-75 years old, age = 18 years old at the time of signing the informed consent form, gender is not limited; (3) Clinically confirmed Parkinson's disease diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition) and MDS diagnostic criteria. (4) Parkinson's disease specialist determined the existence of gait disorder according to clinical manifestations, and the gait analyzer evaluated the abnormalities in time parameters and spatial parameters and MDS-UPDRS III-11>1 points, and the medication regimen did not fluctuate frequently. (5) Normal cognitive function, MMSE > 24 points. (6) No contraindications to near-infrared test, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiac insufficiency, etc (7) Imaging evaluation of abnormalities and evidence of damage to the structure of the brain parenchyma (such as infarction foci, etc.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There is obvious cognitive impairment and cannot complete training. (2) Those with other cardiopulmonary diseases who are not suitable for rehabilitation training. (3) Those who have osteoarticular diseases and cannot complete training. (4) Those who are older than 75 years old or less than 18 years old. (5) History of Parkinson's disease surgery (including: DBS and destruction, etc.).
