Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe pelvic organ prolapse (uterine/fornix, anterior vaginal wall, posterior vaginal wall prolapse III-IV) who underwent or plan to undergo pelvic floor reconstruction with mesh

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have had sex life or vaginal douching in the last 5 days, 2. Oral or vaginal antibiotics, antifungal, immunosuppressants, hormonal drugs or probiotics have been used in the past 30 days. 3. Combined with immunosuppressive diseases, breast cancer, endometrial cancer and other complications of the use of vaginal estrogen contraindicated, 4. If the patient had a uterus before surgery and did not have a total vaginal hysterectomy during surgery, 5. Intraoperative bladder injury or intraoperative bleeding >500ml or postoperative hematoma
