Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients have refractory soft tissue wounds that cannot heal themselves due to diabetes, pressure injury, and other reasons that require treatment; b. The clinician judged that the patient's soft tissue wound was not suitable for surgical treatment; c. The patient is an adult male or a non-pregnant female aged 18-80 years; d. Patients can undergo liposuction surgery; e. The patient has the ability to read and understand the informed consent form and sign it; f. Patient willingness to accept the treatment in the trial protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with severe heart, kidney, liver function problems and other comorbidities that may interfere with the analysis of the results; b. Patients with poor physical condition who cannot withstand liposuction surgery; c. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors; d. Patients with BMI greater than 30 and BMI less than 17; e. The patient has infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, hepatitis A or AIDS; f. The patient is taking medications that may interfere with the analysis of the results or is receiving other investigational clinical treatments; G. The patient had mental disorders, could not understand the content of the informed consent, and could not complete the trial and follow-up.
