18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18 years or older, and less than or equal to 70 2. Patients with lung cancer are diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) 3. Patients did not undergo pre-operative chemoradiotherapy /radiotherapy or analgesic therapy 4. Thoracic surgeon and anesthesiologists agreed on the treatment with parecoxibNA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with known allergies to analgesics or sedative medication were not enrolled 2. Individuals have a history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, chronic kidney disease (CKD), or cardiovascular disease (CVD) were not enrolled
