20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women who have been hospitalized in obstetrics for = 48 hours and are at risk of premature birth; ? Mothers of premature infants hospitalized in our NICU for = 5 days; ? Primiparous women, age =20 years old; ? Natural childbirth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women with a risk of premature birth and contraindications to breastfeeding, including those suffering from serious or infectious diseases, taking special medications, etc.; ? Pregnant women and/or family members refuse to sign informed consent forms; ? Premature infants have contraindications for enteral feeding or breastfeeding, such as congenital intestinal malformations; ? During hospitalization, due to various reasons such as obvious abdominal distension, bloody stools, or surgical procedures, fasting is required for more than 3 days.
