Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. be between 18 and 95 years of age; 2. admission for coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. a diagnosis of ischemic heart disease on admission; 4. heart failure with preserved ejection fraction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. acute coronary syndrome; 2. previous coronary artery bypass graft surgery; 3. pacemaker implantation; 4. atrial fibrillation; 5. acute phase or chronic phase inflammatory response; 6. reduced left ventricular systolic function (ejection fraction <50%) 7. severe aortic stenosis 8. severe mitral stenosis; severe tricuspid stenosis; 9. dilated cardiomyopathy; 10. rheumatic heart disease; 11. pulmonary heart disease 12. myocarditis or cardiomyopathy 13. having malignant tumor-related disease; and 14. infectious or severe hepatic or renal disease; 15. poor adherence to treatment.
