Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-65 years old; 2) Pulmonary artery related disease (right cardiac catheter indicates mild to moderate unexplained precapillary pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary vessel enhanced CT indicates peripheral pulmonary artery stenosis/constriction).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe pulmonary hypertension; 2) Platelet 1.5; 3) Allergy to contrast media; 4) Pregnant patients; 5) Severe renal insufficiency; 6) The patient or family member refuses to participate; 7) Other conditions that the clinician considers inadmissible for biopsy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Safety indicators: Incidence of operation-related complications (major airway bleeding, severe hypoxia, and cardiac arrest) within 24 hours after puncture. The standard for the definition of massive airway hemorrhage is the amount of airway bleeding > 100ml. Severe hypoxia was defined as a sustained peripheral oxygen saturation of less than 80% or greater than 10% lower than before surgery associated with the study operation.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Effectiveness index: success rate of puncture (successful puncture means the pulmonary artery tissue is pierced).;
