Group A:The control group, Anesthesia was induced with 0.2mg/kg etomidate
Group B:Anesthesia was induced with 0.2mg/kg ciprofol
Group C:Anesthesia was induced with 0.3mg/kg ciprofol
Group C:Anesthesia was induced with 0.4mg/kg ciprofol

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-75 years old (2) BMI18-30kg/m2 (3) ASA grade ?-? (4) NYHA grade ?-? (5) undergoing elective heart valve replacement or coronary artery bypass grafting
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of mental and nervous system diseases (such as cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia and depression, etc.) (2) patients with sudden heart failure or angina pectoris before anesthesia induction (3) patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction (4) recent history of ciprofol drug use (5) patients with a history of allergy to related drugs and contraindications (6) alcohol or drug abuse within 3 monthsPatients (7) Patients with QTC interval = 450ms
