Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the KOA diagnostic criteria (unilateral or bilateral); K-L grading II - IV; The age range is between 50 and 70 years old, regardless of gender; The course of KOA is = 3 months; Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Complicated with severe osteoporosis (T value of Axial skeleton measured by DXA = -2.5SD), knee joint tumor, tuberculosis and other diseases; Patients who have undergone knee Joint replacement; Concomitant with severe primary cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental illness, and malignant tumors.
