20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [1] Female aged 20-40 [2] Women diagnosed with PCOS according to Rotterdam criteria [3] Combined with insulin resistance [4] 18.5 kg/?=BMI < 24kg/? [5] Can adhere to regular outpatient follow-up [6] Sign the informed consent voluntarily and be willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [1] received Weight-loss therapy including professional diet and exercise management, bariatric surgery or taking drugs in the past 3 months [2] The weight change in the past 3 months was more than 5% [3] Fasting for more than 16 hours a day [4] Currently taking oral contraceptives, glucocorticoid drugs, insulin sensitizers, metformin and other drugs that affect glucose metabolism [5] suffering from diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and others requiring regular medication for a long time [6] Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency [7] mental illness that requires medication [8] More than 100 grams of alcohol per week ( Volume * concentration *0.8) [9] Smoking [10] =1 night shift per week [11] abortion history in the last 3 months [12]Being pregnant [13] Participating in other interventional studies
