Precision rehabilitation group:new strategy of non-surgical precision rehabilitation, if brace treatment is required (>=20 hours of brace wear per day)
Control group:observational follow-up, if brace treatment is required (>=20 hours of brace wear per day)

6 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged between 6-14 years old; 2.Diagnosed with scoliosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with mental or rheumatic diseases; 2. Participants with insufficient understanding ability to understand and complete treatment plans; 3. Participants with exercise contraindication who cannot tolerate exercise therapy; 4. Participants with poor treatment adherence or refusal to treat; 5. Participants with a history of rehabilitation treatment or surgery before their first visit; 6. Participants with a top vertebrae of T7 or above or with mature bones.
