Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension were in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2018 Revision); 2. The patient's clinical data were complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged <18 years old, pregnant or lactating women; 2. Suffering from atrial fibrillation, cardiomyopathy, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, congenital heart disease, severe heart valve disease; 3. The presence of acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebral infarction, pulmonary embolism, and other thrombotic diseases; 4. The combination of infectious diseases, hematologic disorders, rheumatic immune diseases, diabetes mellitus, malignant neoplasms, malnutrition; 5. Those who have serious dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, lungs and other organs; 6. Those who have history of surgery, trauma and bleeding 1 month before admission; 7. Those who have received antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulant therapy before admission.
