Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: = 18 years old. 2.Gender: No gender limit. 3.Tumor sites: tongue, buccal mucosa, upper and lower gingivas, floor of mouth, hard palate 4.OPMDs patients: histopathology confirmed the presence of (mild/moderate/severe) oral mucosal dysplasia (including Leukoplakia, oral erythema, oral Lichen planus, submucosal fibrosis, chronic proliferative candidiasis, syphilitic leukoplakia, and some ulcers or erosive lesions that have been refractory for a long time) Oral squamous cell carcinoma patient: A primary patient confirmed by preoperative pathological biopsy as oral squamous cell carcinoma, with a clinical staging of pTis-2N0M0 (AJCC 8th edition). 5.General condition: Through routine examinations such as the three major routine tests, blood biochemical tests, electrocardiogram, etc., surgical contraindications are ruled out, and distant metastasis is ruled out through X-ray chest X-ray and/or abdominal ultrasound and/or enhanced CT and/or MRI and/or PET/CT examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Complete clinical and baseline data related to comorbidity cannot be obtained 2: Patients who have undergone radical surgery and radiation therapy in other hospitals before hospitalization in our hospital 3: Pregnant or lactating women 4: Individuals with mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments 5: Patients who refuse treatment
