Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-45 years old. (1) Panic disorder group: Meets the DSM-5 current panic disorder diagnostic criteria; (2) Generalized anxiety disorder group: Meets the DSM-5 current generalized anxiety disorder diagnostic criteria; (3) Health control: does not meet any of the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and does not currently have any physical disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with a confirmed diagnosis of mental disorders other than panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, whether past or present; (2) Individuals suffering from severe or unstable physical illnesses, currently undergoing treatment involving anti-infective/immunomodulatory/prophylactic health medications, or those who have undergone major surgery or experienced severe infectious diseases within the last 6 months; (3) Women who are currently breastfeeding or pregnant; (4) Individuals unable to provide informed consent.
